Soak split green moong dal for about 15 minutes.<br />2. Boil spinach (palak) and frozen green peas separately.<br />3. Drain both spinach and peas, and let them cool.<br />4. In a mixer add the boiled spinach, boiled peas, soaked moong dal, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Grind into a smooth paste.<br />5. Heat a pan add ghee, then the ground paste. Cook on low flame until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.<br />6. Allow the mixture to cool completely.<br />7. To the cooled mixture add crumbled paneer, crushed kasoori methi, seeds (Melon seeds, Pumkin seeds & Sunflower seeds), chaat masala, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Mix everything well.<br />8. Shape the mixture into small round tikkis.<br />9. Heat a pan add a little ghee and shallow fry the tikkis on both sides until golden brown.<br /> Your delicious Restaurant Style Hara Bhara Kababs are ready to serve hot!<br /><br />
